For example, my UMass McCormack X NCAA Practicum project involved a comprehensive analysis that identified mitigated bottlenecks across multiple teams internally. Another significant project was an executive memo for the Cleveland Cavaliers, where I detailed how the 'Length & Versatility' trade could elevate the team's dynamics by integrating youth and experience, thus enhancing efficiency and diversifying offensive strategies to make an impact in the playoffs.
